The Functional Practice Playbook ("the Playbook") is a set of operational and administrative templates for licensed healthcare practitioners.

Not medical advice. The Playbook does not provide clinical protocols, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations. Any example of a lab, supplement, or clinical step is an illustration only. All clinical decisions are yours, within your license and scope of practice.
Not legal advice. Consent forms, telehealth consent, privacy, HIPAA, and financial-policy templates are starting points only. Laws vary by state and change often.
Not billing, coding, or tax advice. Confirm all codes, superbill content, pricing, and dispensing practices with a qualified billing professional and/or accountant.
Not a compliance program. Using the Playbook does not make your practice HIPAA-compliant or compliant with any state or federal rule.
No guarantees. Results such as fewer cancellations or higher intake completion depend on how you implement the templates and are not guaranteed.
Your responsibility. You are responsible for customizing, reviewing, and lawfully using every template, and for verifying vendor terms (EHR, telehealth, dispensary, labs, payment processors), including signed Business Associate Agreements.
