These draft terms cover use of this website and the playbook. The refund terms on the refund page are the guarantee this site offers: email us within 14 days and tell us what didn't work, and we refund what you paid.

The playbook

One license covers the files for one practice and its staff. Do not resell or redistribute them. The templates are educational starting points and are not legal advice. They are also not medical advice, tax advice, or a promise of any clinical or financial outcome. Read the disclaimer.

Waitlist

The price on the homepage is the founding price. The site is waitlist-only for now and takes no payments. Joining the waitlist or downloading the free lab emails costs nothing.

No care relationship

Using this site, joining the list, downloading a sample, or sending a contact message does not make you a patient and does not create a clinician–patient relationship. Do not send health information. In an emergency, call emergency services.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the forms, attempt to access the admin page without the password, or submit someone else's personal information. We may discard submissions that look like spam.
