Privacy
Privacy notice
Draft. This page is a placeholder, not a finished policy and not legal advice.
This draft describes the Functional Practice Playbook marketing site only. It is not a notice of privacy practices for a medical practice, and it is not legal advice.
What this site collects
The waitlist form stores your name, email, role, state, practice stage, and an optional note about an operations headache. The free lab-email form stores your name and email. The contact form stores your name, email, and message. We also store the time of the submission.
Do not send patient information, symptoms, or records. This site is not a medical record and is not set up to receive protected health information.
Payments
The site is waitlist-only for now and takes no payments. This site does not store card numbers.
When MailerLite is configured, your name and email are sent to a group for this brand only. Those keys are not set on this deployment, so the forms do not call MailerLite. Signups are stored on the server when Redis or the local development store is available.
Where it is stored
Submissions are stored in Upstash Redis when those credentials are set. In local development they may be written to a file on the machine running the site. Access to the list is limited to a password-protected admin page.
Analytics
The site uses Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to understand traffic and performance. Those tools do not receive the contents of the forms.
How to ask
Retention periods and the legal entity responsible for this site are still being finalized. Until then, send a deletion request through the contact form and include the address you used.
